DIRECTIONS
Remove fat and nerves from the meat. Pierce the meat with a knife in several spots and place in each hole salt and pepper. In a deep pot, heat 3 glasses of water; add the meat and cover the pot. Cook at very low temperature until it becomes tender (for at least 2 hours). Then remove the meat from the pot, put the butter in a deep frying pan, place the meat and stir till it becomes brownish and then douse with brandy and lemon juice. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Σημείωση: Σερβίρετε με πουρέ πατάτας.
Place meat on a serving dish, let it cool and cut into thin slices. Mix corn flour, with water until you have formed a thick paste. Whisk this into the pot until the sauce thickens. Let it boil and then pour over the meat.
Note: Serve with mashed potatoes.
